Ingredients

 6-225 g musk ox tenderloin steaks
 Chili powder15 Milliliter
 3 ml each of oregano leaves, thyme leaves, basil leaves, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, white pepper, black pepper
 Cayenne pepper1 Milliliter
 Butter125 Milliliter
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced
 Cilantro125 Milliliter, chopped
 Dijon Mustard5 Milliliter
 Lemon zest5 Milliliter
 Olive oil30 Milliliter

Directions

Trim the steaks and place in a shallow pan.
Combine the seasonings and sprinkle over the steaks, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Combine the butter with the garlic, cilantro, mustard and lemon.
Spread on a sheet of wax paper and roll in cigar shape.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Brush the steaks with the oil.
Grill over medium coals until desired doneness (medium is best for ox).
Slice the butter in thick rounds.
Place one round on each steak serving.
Serve at once.
