Barbecued Mince Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| 500g minced steak | ||
| Bacon rashers | 3 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Tomato Paste | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Mozzarella | 250 Gram | |
| Mushrooms | 90 Gram, sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Tomato | 1 , sliced | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Dried basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Combine mince, onion, paprika, oregano and garlic.
Press mixture evenly into pizza pan (base measures 28cm).
Spread evenly with tomato paste, then cheese, bacon, mushrooms, pepper and tomato.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil.
Cover with aluminium foil, barbecue 10 minutes, uncover, drain off juices, barbecue until mince is cooked through, and cheese melted.
Drain off juices, serve immediately.
