Barbecued Meat and Beans Recipe
Ingredients

| Water | ||
| Spicy bulk sausage - 4 ounces | ||
| Bacon | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Barbecued chicken | 1 | |
| Lamb shanks | 3 | |
| Pork | 1 pound, smoked | |
| Celery - 1 stalk, sliced | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Italian seasoning | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 2 | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Quart | |
| Bacon strips | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 300°.
2. Soak beans covering with water overnight or quick-soak.
3. Bone the chicken, lamb and pork and keep aside.
MAKING
4. Then simmer the beans in a saucepan for about 1 1/2 hours in soaking water.
5. In a pan fry sausage, add to beans and then add bacon.
6. add the boned meats to the beans.
7. simmer adding remaining ingredients except bacon strips for about 1 1/2 hours.
8. Remove and discard bay leaf.
9. Line a large casserole with bacon strips, pour in bean mixture and top with more bacon.
10. With cover bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
FINALIZING
11. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more.
SERVING
12. Serve the baked beans with the bacon strips brown on the top.
