Barbecued Mushroom Hamburger Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1/2 cup catchup | ||
| Quick-cooking tapioca | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Mix together onion, celery, and butter in 2 quart casserole and cook in Radarange oven uncovered 3 minutes; stir after Vz minutes.
Add crumbled ground beef; cook 4 minutes, stir after 2 minutes, drain.
Add remaining ingredients, cook, uncovered, 4 minutes more.
Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
