MARINADE:
1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
2 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 whole cloves

Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over steaks.
Allow to stand at room temperature for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Cook under grill or over glowing coals for 3-4 minutes each side, basting with marinade during cooking.
