Roast at 325° till meat thermometer registers 130°, about 1 1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan combine catsup, chopped onion, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chili powder.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, till onion is tender, about 15 minutes.
During the last 30 minutes of roasting, spoon barbecue sauce over ham several times.
Pass remaining sauce with meat.
