Barbecued Halibut Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| A halibut steaks (about 2-lbs.), 1-inch thick | ||
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Several drops liquid smoke | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the steaks.
MAKING
2. In a 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish or serving platter, arrange halibut steaks.
3. Apply sauce over the fish.
4. Cover the dish with wax paper.
5. Raise shelf.
6. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
7. Brush sauce.
8. Cook another 3 to 5 minutes.
9. Brown for 5 minutes.
SERVING
10. Serve hot.
