Barbecued Frog Legs Recipe




 Frog legs32 Small ((The Smaller, The Better The Flavor)
 Beer1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garlic6 Clove (30 gm), smashed and finely chopped
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Chili sauce1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce4 Drop
 Salt To Taste
 Freshly ground pepper To Taste


Place frog legs on large platter.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over frog legs. Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
Preheat barbecue at medium.
Oil grill. Remove frog legs from marinade and wrap bony ends of legs in pieces of aluminum foil to prevent charring.
Place frog legs on grill and cover. Cook 12 minutes or according to size. Baste frequently and turn legs over 2 to 3 times during cooking.
Serve with lemon slices.
