Oven Barbecued Frankfurters Recipe
Ingredients
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 ounces chopped onion or 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes | ||
| 1/4 cup phis 2 tablespoons catsup | ||
| Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| 12 ounces frankfurters, cut in half lengthwise | ||
Directions
In saucepan combine water, onion, catsup, vinegar, dry mustard, paprika, and pepper; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Arrange frankfurters side by side in shallow 9x9-inch baking dish.
Cover with onion-catsup mixture and bake at 350°F.
for 30 to 40 minutes.
Divide evenly.
