Ingredients

 Cold water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 ounces chopped onion or 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
 1/4 cup phis 2 tablespoons catsup
 Cider vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Dry mustard3/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika3/4 Teaspoon
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 12 ounces frankfurters, cut in half lengthwise

Directions

In saucepan combine water, onion, catsup, vinegar, dry mustard, paprika, and pepper; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Arrange frankfurters side by side in shallow 9x9-inch baking dish.
Cover with onion-catsup mixture and bake at 350°F.
for 30 to 40 minutes.
Divide evenly.
