Barbecued Fish Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 pound, frozen | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Thaw fish, if frozen.
In saucepan cook onion and celery in margarine till tender but not brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients except fish.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Cut fish crosswise into 4 portions; arrange in shallow baking pan.
Spoon sauce over the fish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
