Barbecued Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 1/2 Pound, frozen | |
| Cooking oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut fish fillets or steaks into 4 portions.
Combine the oil, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, and pepper; mix well.
Place fish in well-greased wire grill basket.
Brush fish with oil mixture.
Grill fish over medium-hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes.
Brush with oil mixture; turn and brush second side.
Grill till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes more.
