Barbecued Country Style Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pounds pork country-style ribs | ||
| Chili Sauce | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup grape jelly | ||
| Dry red wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
Directions
Cut pork into serving pieces if necessary.
Arrange pork, meaty sides up, in ungreased 13 x 9 X 2-inch baking pan.
Cover and cook in 325° oven until tender, about 1 1/2 hours; drain.
Heat remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted.
Pour over ribs.
Cover and refrigerate no longer than 48 hours.
