Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 4 , halved | |
| Salmon | 2 pound | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Canned tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1/2 , crumbled |
Directions
Place bacon in bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
Lay on top of bacon.
Saute garlic, onion, and green pepper together for 3 minutes in hot oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over salmon.
Bake in preheated hot oven (400°F.) for about 30 minutes, basting often.
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
Lay on top of bacon.
Saute garlic, onion, and green pepper together for 3 minutes in hot oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over salmon.
