Barbecued Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 125 Milliliter | |
| 125 ml tomato catsup | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 30 Milliliter | |
| Chili powder | 5 Milliliter | |
| 3 ml each of oregano, garlic powder, thyme, onion powder, paprika, salt pepper, basil | ||
| Chicken wings | 1 Kilogram | |
Directions
Blend together the brown sugar, catsup, Worcestershire, with the herbs and spices.
Wash and tip the wings (cutting the tip of each wing off).
Pat dry in paper towels.
Place on a broiling pan and broil in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Turn the wings over and brush with the sauce.
Broil for an additional 10 minutes.
Brush once again during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Serve hot with remaining sauce.
