Barbecued Chicken Italian Style Recipe
Ingredients

| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 1/2 Pound, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Bay leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Crunchy Coleslaw | ||
| Saffron Rice Salad | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a heavy pan place oil and heat over coals, add tomatoes, garlic, ground bay leaves, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper and cook, stirring and mashing, until tomatoes are pureed.
Fold in cheese and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, then set pan aside.Brush chicken halves generously with tomato and cheese sauce, on all sides.
Place chicken on a grid over medium hot coals and cook for 30-35 minutes, basting with the sauce and turning two or three times.
