Low Calorie Barbecued Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie catsup | ||
| 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie chili sauce | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 teaspoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 6 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves | ||
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture boils,- set aside.
Arrange chicken in a 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish with thickest portions towards outside of dish.
Cover with wax paper, and microwave or HIGH for 10 minutes.
Drain off drippings, and rearrange chicken.
Brush chicken with sauce.
Cover and microwave or HIGH for 9 to 10 minutes or until chicken is done, rearranging chicken and brushing with sauce after 5 minutes.
Let stand for 2 minutes.
