Barbecued Broiled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Wash chicken and dry on absorbent paper.
Arrange, skin side down, on rack.
Combine remaining ingredients and heat until butter is melted.
Brush chicken with some of mixture and put in preheated broiler about 4 inches from heat.
Broil for 50 to 60 minutes under medium heat, turning 3 or 4 times and brushing with barbecue mixture.
