 3 large whole chicken breasts, split to make

 Melted butter3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Rinse chicken breasts and dry thoroughly.
Dip pieces, one at a time, into about 3/4 cup melted butter.
Next shake chicken in a paper bag with the flour, seasoned with salt and pepper to coat the pieces thoroughly.
Place pieces on greased grill 6 to 12 inches above hot coals (grill temperature should be about 375°).
Cook 10 to 12 minutes on each side.
Baste during cooking with about 1/4 cup melted butter.
