 Bologna - 1 pound, unsliced
 Salami slice8
 Green celery - 16 two-inch pieces
 Prepared mustard2 Tablespoon
 Chili Sauce2 Tablespoon
 Molasses2 Tablespoon
 Hot cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cherry tomatoes4

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to at 425° F.

MAKING
2) Peel the casings from bologna and cut into 4 thick slices.
3) Cut each slice into four triangles.
4) Halve the salami into slices.
5) Take 4 long skewers and thread bologna and folded salami slices, alternating with celery.
6) In a cup, mix together chili sauce, mustard and molasses. Brush the mixture over meat, coating evenly.
7) Bake threaded meat in the oven for about 30 minutes or until nicely glazed at 425° F. Brush repeatedly with remaining sauce.

SERVING
8) Spoon out rice on a large serving platter. Place cherry tomatoes at the end of each skewer. Arrange the skewers over rice and serve.
