Ingredients

 1 kg. / 2 lb. rump steak, cubed Marinade
 30 ml. / 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 15 ml. / 1 tablespoon clear honey
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 5 ml. / 1 teaspoon ground coriander
 5 ml. / 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
 1.25 ml. / 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
 30 ml. / 2 tablespoons oil

Directions

Put the meat in a large bowl.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over the meat.
Marinate for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
Thread the meat on to six skewers.
Grill or barbecue over hot charcoal for 10 minutes, or until the meat is cooked to taste.
Baste occasionally with the marinade during the cooking period.
