Barbecued Beef Satay Recipe
Barbecued Beef Satay smelled great while I was cooking it. Barbecued Beef Satay also taste delicious. One dish really worth trying!
Ingredients
| 1 pound round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| 1 medium-size onion, minced | ||
| 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger | ||
| Caraway seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground coriander | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tamari soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Basic Brown Stock | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
Directions
Place all of the ingredients except the garlic in a medium-size ceramic bowl.
Add the garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the bowl.
Mix the ingredients, cover, and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Spear the meat onto small skewers, reserving the marinade.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 6 minutes, turning once and brushing with the marinade.
In a small saucepan, bring any reserved marinade to a simmer.

Mix the ingredients, cover, and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
