Barbecued Beef Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 slices toasted rye bread or 4 hard rolls, cut in half lengthwise | ||
| 1 pound sliced cooked roast beef | ||
| 1/2 cup barbecue or chili sauce | ||
| Dill pickle | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
Directions
1. Arrange 4 slices rye bread or the bottom slices of 4 hard rolls on a paper towel lined plate. Top with half the roast beef slices and spread with chili sauce. Place optional onion and pickle slices over chili sauce, cover with remaining roast beef, and close sandwiches with 4 bread slices or hard roll tops.
2. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 5) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
