Barbecued Beef On Buns Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hamburger buns | 6 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute hamburger and onion until hamburger is browned and onion is tender.
Pour off excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir until mixture simmers.
Toast hamburger buns.
Fill with meat mixture.
