Cut round steak across grain in very thin strips.
Stir into melted butter to coat meat.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 4 to 5 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring twice during cooking.
Dissolve cornstarch in broth and lemon juice.
Add to meat.
Add all other ingredients, except buns.
Cook, covered, on HI (max. power) 4 minutes.
Cook on 50 (simmer) 10 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving on heated buns.
