Barbecued Baked Liver Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. beef liver dredged in flour | ||
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Bacon slices | ||
| Barbecue sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Arrange in Teflon pan a slice of onion on each piece of liver, then a slice of bacon.
Pour half of barbecue sauce over top.
Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
Turn liver and pour over remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
