Barbecue Sizzler Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups instant gluten flour | ||
| Nutritional yeast | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ketchup | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Gluten should be quite wet.
Roll and stretch into a flat oblong and cut into 24 strips about half inch wide and 6 inches long.
Place on lightly oiled baking sheets.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake 15 minutes, strips will puff up.
Turn strips over, prick each with a fork in several places and pour barbecue sauce on ribs.
Bake 15 minutes more.
