| Celery leaves | 3 , chopped (Fresh) | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Dried thyme | 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Whole) | |
| Dried basil | 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Whole) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pimiento | 1 , chopped (Whole) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hot sauce | 4 Drop | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Dash |

Directions
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat, and process mixture through a food mill.
Return tomato mixture to dutch oven, and set aside.
Saute chopped onion and green pepper in olive oil in a large heavy skillet until tender; add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Add to tomato mixture in dutch oven, stirring until combined.
