Barbecue Burgers Recipe
The barbecue burgers are prepared with ground beef and onions with green peppers. Browned and cooked in a pan together with the veggies, the barbecue burgers are good over toasted buns.
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1 piece celery, cut fine | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Allspice | 1/8 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Brown beef until crumbly but not dry.
Before beef is done push to one side of pan and saute onion, green pepper and celery.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover pan tightly and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve hot over toasted buns.
