Ingredients

 
1 round loaf pumpernickel
 
1 stick soft butter
 
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
1/4 cup snipped parsley

Directions

Cut bread in 1/2 inch slices.
Mix remaining ingredients; spread over slices.
Put loaf together on large piece of foil; cut bread in half lengthwise, going almost to bottom crust.
Bring edges of foil over loaf to cover.
Heat at side of grill 20 to 25 minutes or till hot, turning occasionally.
Each person breaks off his own serving.
