 Boneless pork1 pound
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Green pepper1 Medium, chopped
 Tomato sauce1 8 Ounce
 Bottled barbecue sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 4 French rolls (about 6 inches long), hamburger buns, or kaiser rolls, split and toasted

Directions

Partially freeze meat.
Thinly slice, across the grain, into bite-size strips.
Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add oil. (Add more oil as necessary during stir-frying.)
Stir-fry onion and pepper in hot oil over high heat for 2 minutes.
Remove from wok.
Add half of the meat to the wok.
Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or till done.
Remove the meat from the wok.
Stir-fry remaining meat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Return all meat and vegetables to wok.
Stir in tomato sauce and barbecue sauce.
Heat through.
Spoon pork mixture onto bottom halves of rolls.
Top with roll tops.
