Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Catsup | 1 Quart | |
| 3/4 cup bottled chili sauce | ||
| 1 onion, finely diced | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Steak sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beer | 4 Ounce | |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
If the sauce is too thin, add a mixture of cornstarch and water, but only a little at a time.
