Tomato Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Bay leaves | 3 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Canned tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 ribs celery and leaves, chopped | ||
| Lemon | 1/2 , thinly sliced | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Few drops of liquid hot pepper sauce (optional) | ||
Directions
Simmer all ingredients, except butter, for 15 minutes.
Strain and add butter.
For those who wish a hot sauce, add liquid hot pepper sauce.
