Barbecue Chili Sauce Recipe

| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |

Directions
1)Saute onion in butter until tender.
2)Add vinegar, chili sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce into it and simmer for 15 minutes.
SERVING
3)Serve the sauce with grilled pork.
TIPS
When grilling pork use sauce to baste it.
