 500g pork fillets
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Dry sherry2 Tablespoon
 Quarter cup hoisin sauce
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Grated ginger1 Teaspoon
 Five spice powder1 Teaspoon
 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon
 Peanut butter1 Teaspoon
 Sesame oil1 Teaspoon
 Half teaspoon powdered Chinese red food colouring

Directions

1. Trim meat, combine remaining ingredients to make a marinade, place in shallow dish, add meat. Stand several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Remove meat from marinade, place on a rack in shallow dish, cook in HIGH for ten to twelve minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking. Baste frequently. Leave covered for ten minutes.
