Barbecue Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| 500g pork fillets | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Quarter cup hoisin sauce | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Grated ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Five spice powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut butter | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Half teaspoon powdered Chinese red food colouring | ||
Directions
1. Trim meat, combine remaining ingredients to make a marinade, place in shallow dish, add meat. Stand several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Remove meat from marinade, place on a rack in shallow dish, cook in HIGH for ten to twelve minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking. Baste frequently. Leave covered for ten minutes.
