Barbecue Fruit Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 4 Ounce, finely chopped | |
| Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 8 canned peach halves with 1/2 cup juice, no sugar added | ||
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a medium saucepan, cook onion over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire; cook, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes.
Add peach juice and catsup.
Lower heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Place peaches in a small ovenproof casserole and heat.
Serve sauce and peaches at the same meal.
Divide evenly.
