Directions

Coat chicken pieces with a mixture of the flour and the 1 teaspoon salt.
In a 12-inch skillet brown chicken in hot oil over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine catsup, onion, water, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Bring to boiling.
Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat; blend in lemon juice.
Add catsup mixture to chicken.
Cover; cook over low heat till tender, 35 to 40 minutes; turn occasionally.
