Barbecue Beef Brisket Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3 or 4 lb. brisket | ||
| Marinade: 2 T. liquid smoke | ||
| Celery seed | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 t. garlic-onion salt | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Wrap in heavy foil.
Bake at 300° for 4 hours.
Open and baste with Bar-B-Q sauce and continue baking for 1 hour.
