Barbecue Recipe
Ingredients
1 flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 cup oil
3 or 4 green onions
Directions
Stir marinade ingredients together thoroughly; pour over flank steak.
Marinate the steak overnight.
Remove the steak from the marinade.
Skim off the oil and heat the marinade to serve over the steak and rice.
Grill the steak over hot coals 5 minutes or less on each side.
