Barbary Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberry jam
6 fresh or canned pears, peeled, cored, minced
6 crepes
1 1/2 cups chocolate sauce
1/2 cup grated coconut
Directions
Spread successive layers of jam then pears over crepes.
Roll crepes.
Pour chocolate sauce on top.
Sprinkle with grated coconut.
