Ingredients

 Black beans1/2 Cup (16 tbs), washed
 Salt1/3 Teaspoon
 Mangoes1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 3 tablespoons seeded and finely diced red bell pepper
 1 tablespoon Coyote Cocina Howlin' Hot Sauce or other Scotch bonnet chile sauce
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon

Directions

Cook the beans for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender, adding 1/2 tea-spoon salt towards the end.
Drain the beans and let cool.
Transfer to a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients, and fold together.
