MAKING
1. In a saucepan, place all ingredients of the barbecue sauce and mix, heat the sauce to a simmer.
SERVING
2. Use this sauce for seasoning grilled chicken.
Basting Sauce
1. In a beaker jar, put all ingredients of the basting sauce and mix using a whisk.
SERVING
2.Use the basing sauce, while grilling the chicken after every 15 to 20 minutes.
Dry Rub
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients of the dry rub using a fork.
SERVING
2. Use this powder as a marinade.
Grilled Meat
GETTING READY
1. Apply the dry rub powder on the meats and allow to sit at least for 30 minutes.
MAKING
2. In a heated charcoal grill, place the meats.
3. Apply the basting sauce after every 15 to 30 minutes.
