Bar B Qued Pig Tails Recipe
Ingredients
| 4-5 lbs. meaty pig tails | ||
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Corn syrup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 c. gingerale salt and pepper | ||
| 1 c. gingerale salt and pepper | ||
Directions
1. Place pig tails on a large cookie sheet or broiler tray.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Combine mustard, syrup, sugar, ketchup and gingerale.
4. Pour mixture over the pig tails.
5. Bake at 300° for 3 hours. Baste occasionally.
6. If necessary, pour a little more gingerale on, during baking.
