Bananas Royale Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 bananas, peeled and sliced | ||
| Brandy | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
Place butter in glass casserole dish.
Cook on high (9) for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in sugar, cream, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook on high (9) for 2 minutes.
Stir in sliced bananas, turning to coat.
Cook on high (9) for 2 minutes, stirring once.
Warm brandy in glass measuring cup on high (9) for 30 seconds.
Pour brandy over bananas; flame.
Cook on high (9) for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in sugar, cream, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Cook on high (9) for 2 minutes.
