Bananas En Casserole Recipe
This bananas en casserole is a fruity dessert casserole made with bananas and grape jelly. Flavored with lemon juice and baked in the oven, the bananas en casserole is best served with a dessert fruit sauce or warm honey! Absolutely fantastic!
Ingredients

| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees
2.Also peel the bananas
3.Then remove the coarse threads and divide in quarters, cutting first crosswise and then lengthwise.
MAKING
4.Place in a greased casserole and pour over them a sauce made by melting the currant or grape jelly in the boiling water, and mixing with it the juice of a lemon.
5.Cover the casserole and bake in a hot oven until the bananas are tender.
6.The cover may be removed at the last moment and the bananas sprinkled with granulated sugar and allowed to brown slightly.
