Bananas with Cinnamon Triangles Recipe
Ingredients
| Puff pastry | 100 Gram, rolled | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 30 Gram | |
| Bananas | 3 , sliced | |
| Walnuts | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. Cut pastry into four 10 cm (4 in) squares, then cut squares into triangles. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Brush pastry triangles with water and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Place on agreased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add bananas, walnuts, brown sugar and lemon juice and cook, tossing over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until bananas are tender.
Serve hot topped with pastry triangles.
