Slice bananas lengthwise and in half, and turn them over in melted butter to coat all sides, leaving bananas in gratin dish.
Sprinkle with pecans, and drizzle honey over all.
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, and bake on middle shelf of oven for 20 minutes.
