Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, slice the banana. Add lime juice and bourbon, mix well. Cover with a wrap and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

MAKING
2. In a deep pan, pour the vegetable oil and heat it on medium to high.
3. In the meanwhile in a bowl, add flour, water, cinnamon, sugar and mix well to form a smooth batter.
4. Take the banana from the fridge and put it in the batter one by one.
5. Scoop it with a spoon and place it in the heated oil.
6. Fry till both the sides are golden brown in color. Transfer on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.

SERVING
7. In a serving bowl, serve the fosters with vanilla ice cream as a dessert.
