Bananas Foster Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 bananas, sliced lengthwise | ||
| 2 jiggers (4 tablespoons) banana liqueur | ||
| Dark rum | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 jigger (2 tablespoons) brandy | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart | |
Directions
Melt sugar and butter in a skillet or chafing dish.
Add cinnamon and bananas.
Pour liqueur and rum over bananas.
Cook until fruit is soft.
Add brandy and ignite.
Pour over vanilla ice cream; serve immediately.
