Bananas Foster Recipe

Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 1 small orange | ||
| Juice of 1 small lemon | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 bananas, sliced lengthwise | ||
| Cinnamon sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 jigger banana liqueur Brandy | ||
| Vanilla ice cream | ||
Directions
1. Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan over a low heat.
2. Add orange juice and lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Add bananas, half the cinnamon sugar and the banana liqueur. Add a little brandy and light the brandy. Continue stirring while the brandy flames exist until the pure caramel sauce is created.
4. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
