Bananas Flambe Recipe
I got this Bananas Flambe recipe from my neighbor who is an excellent cook. I prepare this yum Bananas Flambe as a Dessert every month or even more often. Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
4 bananas, peeled
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm rum
Directions
Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate heat and saute bananas (whole or cut in half) until lightly browned.Add lemon juice and sugar, then heat.
Add warm rum and ignite.
